In the last 10 days, I have been involved in executing the delivery of a Leadership Development Conference in Sweden, launched a promotional campaign for a Client based in Nigeria wishing to enter the UK market, facilitated a session on Re branding for a Church's Men's Fellowship, (while managing several on going projects - Website Development, Church Customer Journey Map, Church Mobile Application Development) and finally delivered a training session for Workers on on the topic The Secret of Service - Effective Worker.
I want to share some useful insights. Hope you find them useful.
Five top take away from Leadership Conference
1. You cant lead others if you are unable to lead yourself - Leadership starts with self
2. Leadership is not a Position; its is a privilege
3. People don't follow your vision; they follow you
4. You can lead from where you are
5. Where you are a minority, you are already a leader

The Conference also saw the launch of Leadway Academey, a Leadership Mentoring Programme for Christian Leaders. Leadway Academy aims to provide Organisational Development & Management Skills for Christian Leaders. The first cohort starts from October 29. Accessing the International Market
Our client is an established finance company in Nigeria. The company however desires to seek new markets in the Diaspora. Specifically, the company provides housing finances and mortgages.
We designed a campaign to counter the negative effect and bad experiences many Nigerians have suffered in the process of trying to secure a home back in Nigeria.
All this will culminate in the company exhibiting at the forth coming Festival of Life, London on Friday 21st October. There are adverts and campaign on radio, interviews lined up with the MD of the Company to appear on BEN TV, naijafmradio.com, social media campaign on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/jubileelifemortgages/ - which has attracted over 300 likes in 3 days.
Men's Fellowship Rebranding

Never start a brand plan without these simple 5 questions or steps
Workers Training
Witnessed what will be familiar with many church leaders, managing testimony time.
1. Don't call for testimony from pulpit; you may have a few or many responses. Its unfair to limit the number of those who will be allowed to give their testimony.
What works
1. Develop a culture of people writing down their testimony or submitting their names
2. Call out the names of those who are testifying or show on monitoring screen if you have one
3. All testifiers should come out at the same time
4. Never hand over the microphone to testifier
Any way apart from this little interjection, we shared from Exodus 17.12
Lessons learnt
1. Obedience - Moses instructed Joshua who obeyed
2. Initiative - Joshua and Hur volunteered to follow Moses
3. Problem Solvers - When Moses tired, they put a stone under him
4. Solution Providers - Joshua and Hur lifted both hands of Moses
5. Commitment - Joshua and Hur helped Moses till later in the day
6. Team Work - Each one has a role to play to ensure victory
7. Victory - In helping Moses, they had collective victory
We never cease to thank God for the work He has committed into our hands and the grace to deliver.
We wish you a great week ahead.
God bless.
Finally came away with the launch of a new leadership development initiative - Many leaders or potential leaders are familiar with the theory of leadership but lack understanding of the leadership process. Leadway Academy was launched as a tool to bridge the gap between the two divides
