INTERNAL REORGANISATION
Our client, a global mission, desired that one of the Regional Missions grow to 1000 churches over a 5 year period.
Problem is the existing organisational structure had been in existence for 20 year and had seen a growth to about 400 Churches in the same period.
This called for a new organisational structure capable of providing an effective platform to achieve the organisations objectives. Also involved new job designs, resourcing and training.
DESIGN
An International Christian Mission in order to enhance growth created smaller regional units. Each units comprised of over 100 Churches in nearly 20 Countries.
New structure and process had to be designed for the newly created regional units, including the design of new structure, processes, systems and administrative units.
Each regional units has since experienced fundamental operational improvement and growth since the restructuring.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are constantly involved in several projects including Ministry Branding, Products Development, Book Production, Music CD's, Television Ministry, Local Community Engagement, Church Customer Journey Mapping, Church Policy Development, etc.
We also facilitate Strategic Retreats, Workers Development Training, Leadership Coaching & Advisory Services for Church Leaders.
